Insurance Requirements - Vendor

KASHIWA FUDOSAN AMERICA, INC. and RiverRock Real Estate Group/Lincoln Property Company require that all contractors, vendors, service providers, service/repair technicians, equipment maintenance personnel and all other related providers (herein referred to as "Vendor"), be approved by "Owner" prior to the commencement of service(s) for Tenant(s).
