Subject: Updated OPMP Parking Agreement
Dear Tenants,
Please find attached the updated Oyster Point Marina Plaza Parking Agreement for
the year 2011.
This form is to be filled out if you plan to leave your car in the OPMP parking
lot overnight or for an extended period of time while traveling. Please be aware
that unless there is a previously agreed arrangement (stated in your lease
agreement or in an amendment) with the Landlord regarding the storage of
vehicles (fleet or personal), this parking agreement is offered as a courtesy
for those tenants and their employees who will be traveling and would like to
leave their personal or company vehicles in the parking lots during their time
away from the building.
We are no longer
able to offer extended periods of time for which a vehicle can be left here
unless it is directly related to the time that the individual(s) will be
traveling.
