Subject: Jessica Stinchcomb - Tenant Services Coordinator
It is with both joy and sadness that I announce that our
Tenant Services Coordinator, Jessica Stinchcomb will be leaving Cushman &
Wakefield and Oyster Point Marina Plaza, Friday July 30th, 2010 to return to
Graduate School in New York. Jessica has been an incredible asset to our
management team for over the past year and half.
With Jessica’s energy and assistance Oyster Point Marina Plaza obtained USGBC
LEED-EB Gold certification in January 2010, successfully launched monthly
E-Waste recycling, Bike to Work Day, Earth Day and continued diligence in
helping Oyster Point Marina Plaza reduce its carbon footprint.
Jessica also brought a great disposition to the Oyster Point Marina Plaza team
and her presence will be greatly missed. If you have the opportunity to sent
Jessica a note or drop off and wish her well, please do not hesitate to do so. A
temporary replacement in place with the intent to make them a permanent employee
over the next few months.
