TENANT MEMORANDUM

Date:         October 26, 2009

To:            All Oyster Point Marina Plaza Tenants

From:        Lucas Heller, General Manager
                 lheller@oysterpoint.com

Subject:    Soliciting, Uninvited Guests and Delivery Services

Recently several of our tenants have mentioned that they have been visited by companies soliciting or canvassing for new business.  Please understand that at no time should any of our tenants have to field a solicitor.  We ask everyone’s cooperation by notifying the building management office and security immediately so that we can reach the individual(s) and discuss with them the building rules and regulations while they are still on site.  Should someone approach your suite uninvited or asking to discuss their services with you or someone within your company and you do not wish them to be there, please notify our offices at once.  Be sure to provide a description of the individual(s) and if they have left any promotional materials so that we can contact the necessary people and ask that they not visit our site again.

Oyster Point Marina Plaza is an open facility, during regular building hours, and we do not ask all visitors to check-in or sign-in.  We do however; ask that ALL delivery companies, service providers, and contractors check-in with building security prior to visiting the suites so that we can be aware of where they are going, understand the scope of work being performed and account for these individuals should there be a major emergency and the SSF Fire or SSF Police Departments requests a “headcount” of people inside the building.  We are not screening individuals nor are we requiring people to “sign-in” during regular building hours.
