Subject: Oyster Point Marina Plaza Building Rules and Regulations Related to Smoking
Prompted by the opening of the new restaurant, Mangiare at 400 Oyster Point Boulevard, please find the Building Rules and Regulations related to smoking at the office complex below:
In compliance to the City of SSF Smoking Ordinance, which is part of the Municipal Code, smoking is not permitted in any portion of the interior common areas of Building 395 & 400. This includes, but not limited to restrooms, hallways, elevators and stairwells. In addition, smoking is not permitted within 50 feet of the buildings’ entrances except the designated smoking area at the delivery entrance. Smoking is also prohibited inside the restaurant and the outdoor eating area of the restaurant.
We request that you use only the designated smoking area by the delivery entrance and dispose of your cigarette butts in the appropriate ashtrays located next to the garbage cans.
Please distribute this memorandum to all your employees. Your advanced cooperation and compliance with the smoking regulation is appreciated.
