Subject: Landscape Renovation Project

We are continuing Landscape Upgrade Project around the entire Oyster Point Maria Plaza property. As advised last year, this project consists of several phases, each of which will focus on specific areas of the property, over the next two to three years.

This year’s upgrades, primarily involving the replacement of dead or dying trees in parking islands and the continued installation of native and adaptive plant material, will be made to the property’s North and South parking lot areas. Certain locations will be coned temporarily for the landscaping company during the renovation, but we do not anticipate any major parking or driveway interruptions.

These changes to the OPMP landscaping will help us reduce our water consumption by utilizing xeriscaping and a satellite controlled watering system.
