Subject: Garbage Disposal
Due to recent issues regarding improper garbage disposal
we would like to bring your attention to the following section of the Building
Rules and Regulations of Oyster Point Marina plaza:
“Tenants
shall store all their trash and garbage within their Premises.
No material shall be placed in the trash containers if it may not be
disposed in the ordinary manner in the City of

you have any garbage and/or refuse that can not be stored in the customary
manner within your Premises, please contact Building Management at 650.873.1054
and ask for our assistance. Depending on the type of
material to be disposed we will contact the relevant authority and make
arrangements for its removal from Property. Tenants will be billed for such
additional costs incurred.
The
on site trash compactors are monitored by the security guards. Any disposal
without Building Management’s prior approval will be reported to our office,
violators will be penalized.
