Subject:     Conserving Energy As Temperatures Rise

CONSERVING ENERGY AS TEMPERATURES RISE

Oyster Point Marina Plaza would like to ask all the tenants to conserve energy during the next few days because of the high weather temperatures expected throughout the week.

We have dimmed the lights in our lobby and have turned off the water fountains.

Please help us conserve energy as the heat wave goes though the Bay Area.  Tenants of Oyster Point Marina Plaza can help avoid further strain to the power grid and avoid power emergencies by following the below listed actions.

·         Please turn off all lighting not necessary for safety or productivity.  Use natural lighting and supplement it with task lighting if at all possible.

·         Turn off office equipment, computers, printers and other electrical equipment that is not required for your productivity today.

·         Please consider using a central copier, and turn off infrequently used copiers for the remainder of the day.

·         Turn off coffee makers when not in use. 

·         Shut blinds to reduce solar load.
